Seasonal Chef de Partie - Perle Oban Hotel Oban, Argyll | Perle Hotels Perle Hotels are recruiting an enthusiastic, reliable, and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Perle Oban Hotel & Spa, located on Oban's seafront. The Role Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistent preparation, quality, and presentation. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver smooth services and maintain the high standards expected at Perle Oban. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver dishes to a high and consistent standard Run your section efficiently during service Support junior chefs and kitchen porters as required Maintain food hygiene, allergen controls, and safety standards Assist with prep planning, stock rotation, and minimising waste Contribute positively to a collaborative and well-organised kitchen environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment Good working knowledge of food hygiene and allergen controls A reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A genuine interest in cooking with quality ingredients, particularly Scotland's local larder About The Perle Oban Located on Oban's seafront, Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is a striking Victorian building overlooking the harbour and islands beyond.
