Supply Teacher - Hillingdon & Hayes - September Start
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking flexible and reliable supply teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Hillingdon and Hayes from September 2025.
This is a great opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for day-to-day work without the commitment of a long-term contract. The role is ideal for those wanting to gain experience in different school settings or maintain a healthy work-life balance. Daily rates range from 150 to 170, depending on experience and the type of cover.
We work with a wide range of supportive and well-resourced schools that value high-quality teaching and offer welcoming environments. Cover may involve general class supervision, following pre-set work, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong behaviour management and classroom control
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
