Assembly Operator (Temporary 1-2 months minimum)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and care, ensuring that all items meet quality standards. This is a seated and very light role that requires good attention to detail
Responsibilities
* Assemble products according to specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
* Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
* Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
Skills
* Proficient in the use of hand tools tools relevant to assembly tasks.
* Previous experience in assembly work is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
