Note: The salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Healthcare Support Worker who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team with an ethos of continuous improvement. The post holder will liaise closely with nursing and therapy staff to deliver person centred care to impact on our patient’s health and wellbeing in a positive and proactive way. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, have an understanding of patient safety and demonstrate adherence to the organisational values. They must be able to work as part of a team but also under their own initiative to provide and document any care they provide. The post holder must be flexible and able to work days and nights on the ward.
