About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. The role is full‑time (44 hours per week) and involves working a mixture of day and night shifts. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support the physical, emotional and social well‑being of residents, including personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assisting with daily activities in the home.

You will support those with limited mobility, offer comfort to those distressed, and provide compassionate end‑of‑life care. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you will recognise signs of possible abuse or neglect, attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role, seek appropriate advice, and report concerns, including escalating when action is not taken.
