Client Overview:38-year-old male, Care is done at day centre then night care is at rest bite. Lacks capacity, Unable to communicate verbally, Learning Disability Training, Mandatory Compliance, Medication Administration, Seizure Management Epilepsy, Seizure Management Rescue Meds. I live at home with my mum and two sisters. Totally depended on family to support me with all my day to day living. I am non-verbal but can make sounds and smile gestures or gestures to show I am in distress. Epileptic and suffers from seizures daily. Totally dependent on staff to administer my medication. Staff to follow Epilepsy Care Plan and Seizure guidelines. Seizure Types; Tonic- Clonic, Myoclonic, Absences, Clonic, always wears a protective Helmet (except during a bath or in bed)

What HFH offers? .
* Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
* Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
* Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 555 p/wk*.
* The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 £28,950*.
* We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
