Job Title: Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team, specialising in pre-sales for enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, ERP systems, data integration, business intelligence, and other enterprise technologies, coupled with a solid understanding of large enterprise organisational structures and the challenges they face. This is a client-facing role where you will support the sales team in crafting compelling solutions and demonstrating the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Pre-sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose customized, effective solutions for enterprise software.
 * Product Presentations: Plan and deliver detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client’s business requirements. Articulate the technical benefits of our solutions in a way that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
 * Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their current challenges, organizational structure, and goals, and provide expert advice on how our solutions can help address these challenges.
 * Collaboration with Sales Team: Partner with sales representatives to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
 * Post-Sales Support: Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities and that the solution is delivered effectively.
Required Qualifications:
 * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
 * Experience in Pre-sales: Proven experience in a pre-sales role, particularly within the Enterprise Software sector.
 * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of organizational structures and the challenges faced by large enterprises.
 * Effective Communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting abilities with a hands-on, practical approach to technical issues.
 * Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and implementation.
