The Client and Project Info: My client is a reputable Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who are currently recruiting a Plumber for a long-term residential scheme based in Ashford. The project involves plumbing installation works across a multi-unit housing development. Plumber Responsibilities: * Carrying out all plumbing installation works on a residential construction site. * Installing hot and cold water services, soil and waste systems, and sanitary ware. * First fix and second fix plumbing works across multiple plots. * Working alongside other trades and reporting directly to the Site Supervisor. * Ensuring all work meets residential building regulations and project specifications. * Identifying and resolving any technical or installation issues quickly and efficiently. * Following health & safety procedures at all times. * Assisting with testing, commissioning, and handover requirements. * Maintaining a clean and organised work area within each plot.
