The Britannia is Richmonds Premier independent Gastro Pub / Restaurant and we are currently looking for a Sous chef to help us take our food to the next level.
Food defines the Britannia; we only use the best ingredients and cook them in a simple yet delicious manner. Our suppliers range from Macken's Bros in Chiswick, Colchester Oysters and Browns Seafoods amongst others and this means that we get the best Dry aged Angus Beef, phenomenal Shellfish and incredibly fresh day boat fish.
Your role will be to manage and develop the menu alongside the Head Chef.
We are developing our Autumn menu at the present and you would be expected to be a vital part of creating and testing the new dishes and getting them ready for the next few months. We also run daily specials and our fish offer constantly changes due to what is available and so you would constantly be part of creating new dishes on a daily basis.

We are an independent company with two restaurants in Richmond and we know that our success as a company is purely down to the effort that each member of the team is prepared to give.
