Bradford maternity service is a busy and dynamic service that supports the women of Bradford through the journey of pregnancy and birth. We are a busy and acute division with many challenges, and we need the support of our multidisciplinary workforce to enable a high standard of care to be provided. This post is based at St Luke's Hospital in Bradford and requires the successful applicant to be able to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 08.00 - 16.00 The successful applicant will have: Good administration experience, NHS experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritise the demands of a busy environment Work autonomously, and be able to prioritise and work well within a team Be able to communicate effectively with members of the public over the phone.
