Purpose of job
To work as part of a team assisting in providing an efficient and accurate accounts service to the firm.
Accountabilities
Key responsibilities:
1. Effectively receive and process all payments and receipts for client and office accounts.
2. Accurately carry out CHAPS, BACS, International Payments and Inter Account Transfers within agreed time limits.
3. Assist and support other team members in other duties as required.
4. Other administrative duties as required.
5. Ensuring that own knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date, requesting training where necessary.
Skills
6. Strong IT skills, including word and excel.
7. Good organisation and administrative skills.
8. Accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Ability to effectively prioritise.
10. Excellent communication skills.
