We are looking for a field‑based motor finance manager to cover The Midlands, South Wales, and the Bristol area. You will work in a flexible, inclusive environment committed to your wellbeing.
What you’ll be doing
* Finding and recruiting new dealers and brokers via several channels, converting leads, using your contacts and developing new acquisition opportunities.
* Managing introducer relationships within your area, growing volume and supporting the desired quality.
* Achieving new business targets at the required level of return as advised.
* Utilising our integrated sales‑management system (Salesforce) to demonstrate activity, achievements and planning.
* Liaising with underwriting and support teams to ensure PMF service standards are met at the highest possible standard.
About you
* Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Experience of onboarding new sales opportunities, closing and converting.
* Knowledge and experience building long‑lasting, trust‑based relationships between introducers and a lender.
* High energy, desire and drive to succeed in a competitive finance industry.
* Field based: required to be located within your defined territory and must hold a full, clean driving licence.

Working hours
Full time, 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:30‑18:00 (1 hour lunch) – home based role.
