Facilities Co-ordinator - Fowey Summary We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep North & South Cornwall Coasts property group in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. Salary: 13.25 per hour. The advertised salary for this role will be in effect from 1st April. Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. What it's like to work here As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that North & South Cornwall Coasts property group operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. What you'll be doing You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be predominantly helping with the data collection and task monitoring for our compliance systems, working alongside other facilities and business services colleagues to provide a consistent support to the team. Other duties include scheduling maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections, organising health and safety staff training and monitoring our utilities usage. At times you may be needed to support cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds). You will be based in our North & South Cornwall Coasts property office in the Old Stables at Lanhydrock (in the building with the Cornwall Regional Office). We have four other sites that you will be required to work from on an occasional basis. You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached.
