The Role You’ll lead end-to-end paid media delivery for a portfolio of clients, with a focus on acquisition and lead generation. From account architecture to budget planning, campaign execution to performance reporting, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every touchpoint delivers measurable value. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role where you’ll use your platform expertise to shape strategy, test intelligently and optimise relentlessly. Whether you’re briefing creative, auditing tracking, or presenting insights to clients, you’ll bring clarity, structure and confidence to everything you do. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other performance channels Build and maintain clean, scalable account structures that prioritise conversion efficiency and pipeline growth Translate commercial objectives into strategic media plans — including forecasting, pacing and cost-per-lead modelling Continuously analyse campaign performance data to identify lead quality trends and areas for optimisation Work closely with design and UX teams to improve conversion paths, landing pages and creative testing frameworks Ensure rigorous tracking and attribution is in place — including platform pixels, UTM parameters and analytics integrations Present clear, insight-led reports and recommendations to clients with a focus on lead generation outcomes and ROI Stay ahead of platform changes, automation opportunities and targeting innovations to keep campaigns sharp Mentor junior team members on technical best practices and data literacy Support new business efforts by contributing lead-focused media strategy and channel recommendations About You You’re naturally analytical and technically capable, but you also understand the business context. You don’t just chase click-through rates — you know how to architect campaigns that generate meaningful leads, and how to optimise for both volume and quality. You think in frameworks, you act on evidence, and you’re energised by solving hard problems through data.
