Retail Warehouse Manager
Walsall, West Midlands
40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7. To include weekends
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience

Boundary Outlet is a privately owned, successful retail company with 5 stores across the UK with plans to expand. We have a unique market differentiation in that we give major retail brands the opportunity to clear their excess stocks in fashion, accessories and home at discounted prices.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a key role, managing the Warehouse, reporting to the General Manager.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Walsall Store Warehouse.
Your key areas of focus will be:
1. Ensuring optimum coverage for your department over a seven-day operation
2. Responsible for ensuring your team meets the required standards by the use of effective training methods
3. Ensuring Company warehouse procedures are maintained and upheld at all times.
4. Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, legal requirements and the Company’s Health & Safety policy.
5. Proficiency in administration, particularly Store procedures (full training will be given)
About You
You will have previous experience at a supervisory level as you will be responsible for various departments, and you should be able to demonstrate effective people management skills, have confidence to deal diplomatically, politely and courteously with the general public, colleagues and any other visitors to the store. Strive to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
You must be hands on to help the teams at all times.
6. Retail warehouse experience preferred
7. Ability to or experience of leading teams to improve efficiency and housekeeping standards
8. Can do positive attitude towards work
9. Ability to work using own initiative
