About the role: Provide therapeutic and pastoral support to help students regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and develop resilience. Work closely with the wellbeing team and teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and build strong, trusting relationships with young people. We're looking for a dedicated candidate to: Deliver 1:1 and small-group wellbeing interventions Support students with emotional regulation and communication Contribute to individual behaviour and support plans Liaise with staff, families and external professionals Promote a safe, inclusive and positive school cultureRequirements - The ideal candidate would have: Background in therapy, counselling, youth work, or pastoral support Experience working with children with SEMH and/or SEND Empathetic, calm and resilient approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Relevant qualifications (e.g., counselling, psychotherapy, social work, or similar) desirableOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
