Role Summary As Platform Director – Web & App, you will own the full lifecycle of our digital platforms, from strategy through to delivery. You will lead the development of scalable, secure, and modern solutions that ensure consistency and simplicity across our web and app experiences. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for Royal Mail’s web and app platforms. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, joined-up customer journeys. - Establish frameworks and ways of working that promote agility and operational excellence. - Oversee the development and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business goals. - Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with modern technology standards. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement across digital delivery teams.
