to both clients and candidates.
About the Role
As Head of Research, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and headhunting senior-level talent across the UK and international markets. You will work closely with our founders and directors, gaining hands-on guidance while contributing directly to Mode Executive's reputation as a leading global search consultancy.

360 recruitment position
or a dedicated
Director of Research path
, depending on your career ambitions.
What you will be doing
* Source and headhunt candidates for
leadership and C level roles globally
* Partner with founders and directors to deliver retained and exclusive projects
* Build and nurture long-term candidate and client relationships
* Take ownership for research data and mapping reports for our clients
* Contributing to client and role briefing meetings
* Develop expertise across multiple specialisms, including:
* PR & Social Media
* Omnichannel, Digital & E-commerce
* Marketing & Retail Operations
* Human Resources
* Contribute to our collaborative culture with plenty of autonomy and ownership
What we are Looking For
* 5+ years' recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
* Strong background in retail and luxury fashion recruitment, ideally with head office and retail exposure
* Proven track record of recruiting at management through to C-level
* Experience in executive search is highly advantageous
* Ambitious, confident, and tenacious – a true self-starter
* Someone who values client experience and candidate relationships equally
