We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team and drive growth of current Key Account. The successful candidate will manage and develop strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow key logistics accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for expansion and new business.
* Serve as the main contact point for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.
* Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to support account development plans.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics sales/KAM
* Proven track record in key account management and customer relationship building.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English and local language
