In this role, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, all while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
* Address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
* Stay informed about product knowledge and any updates to best assist customers.
* Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); English language skills are advantageous.
* Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
