Overview
The Oxon Reserves Officer will help nature recover by delivering practical work aimed at optimisinghabitats on our Oxon reserves and beyond.
You’ll be joining a friendly and highly skilled team, where your contribution will be recognised andachievements are celebrated.
Responsibilities
 * Managing Duxford Old River land on Chimney Meadows and delivering the Biodiversity Net Gain(BNG) project
 * Carrying out reserve management using contractors, graziers and volunteers
 * Running annual programme of guided walks on Oxon reserves
 * Assisting with management of other Oxon reserves and livestock tasks.
Qualifications
 * Excellent project management skills including managing contractors and graziers
 * In-depth knowledge of nature conservation management
 * High level of skill in a range of practical conservation techniques
 * Ability to appropriately utilise volunteers to deliver work, ensuring their and BBOWT’s needs aremet
