Overview
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: Day shifts - Monday - Friday 10:00am - 17:00; Night shifts - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 20:00pm - 8:00am.
Role and location
We have a rewarding opportunity to work with an individual living in their family home in New Malden. The person is non-verbal and has a Brain Injury, Deviation of the septum, Spinal Muscular Atrophy and is PEG fed. They have one large dog and enjoy using an iPad. Local candidates to New Malden are preferred.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality 1:1 care tailored to the individual 0needs.
* Engage in meaningful activities and support social interaction.
* Assist with household tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
* Support with community outings.
* Clear and confident communication in the individual’s preferred manner.
Qualifications / Experience
* Complex Care – PEG feeding.
* Children’s care.
* Non-verbal care – Desirable.

This role sits within Bespoke Health & Social Care and is supported by an experienced Complex Care Manager. We work across locations to support adults and children with complex care needs and a range of physical and mental disabilities.
