About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from September. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working with class teachers to provide high-quality education and ensuring that all pupils are engaged, challenged, and supported in their development. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities. Lead small group interventions and provide 1:1 support for pupils where needed. Assist with the planning, preparation, and organisation of learning resources. Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote an inclusive learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development. Contribute to assessing, recording, and monitoring pupils' progress. Supervise pupils during non-teaching times as required (e.g., playtimes, lunchtimes, school trips). Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils. Person Specification Essential: Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Experience of working within a primary school setting.
