Our Values Progressive Agile Trusted Approachable The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a growing team delivering commercial lighting, Solar PV, and battery storage projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations and supporting successful project delivery across multiple locations in the UK. Key Responsibilities Support project and operational management, including technical input on design and procurement Conduct pre-tender site surveys Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies Coordinate materials and logistics with internal teams Oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality before project handover Inspect completed installations and resolve technical challenges Act as a key point of contact for clients on-site Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement in standards and processes Provide hands-on support to installation teams when required Travel regularly to sites across the UK About You Essential: C&G 2360 Part 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent C&G 2394 & 2395 or 2391 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) Solar PV qualifications (e.g. C&G 2922, BPEC, or equivalent Level 3 in Solar PV/EESS) SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) ECS Card Full UK driving licence Proven experience leading installation teams and subcontractors Strong experience with commercial and industrial grid-tied Solar PV systems in the UK Solid knowledge of Solar PV systems, equipment, and monitoring platforms Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Desirable: SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme)
