Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Braintree on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management and onboarding
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across specialist niche markets
* Source, engage and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach
* Develop new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and market mapping
* Manage multiple live vacancies across operational, commercial and leadership functions
* Conduct candidate screenings and assess suitability against client requirements
* Prepare candidate shortlists and provide detailed market insight to hiring managers
* Negotiate offers, salaries and start dates between clients and candidates
* Maintain accurate CRM records, recruitment activity and pipeline updates
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve team revenue targets and business growth objectives
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition is required
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Experience managing multiple vacancies within a fast-paced environment
* Confident business development and client management capability
* Ability to source candidates through direct search and networking methods
