Role Description
This part‑time Marketing Assistant role is located on‑site at our Glasgow location, with opportunities to work from home. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, conducting market research, assisting with sales and promotional activities, and maintaining customer engagement. Core responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, coordinating social media campaigns, collaborating with all Muscle Hut clubs to continually create full brand awareness, and ensuring brand messaging is consistently represented in all communications.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with team members and gym members.
* Experience using Canva to create brand graphics.
* Understanding of Sales and Sales & Marketing principles, with the ability to support campaigns and drive brand awareness.
* Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
* A proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
