We’re growing (quickly) and now looking for a SEND Education Recruitment Consultant who thrives on pace, people, and problem-solving — and doesn’t panic when the phone rings at 6:30am on a Monday.
The role
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll run your own desk like a mini business:
* Building strong relationships with schools and SEND educators
* Filling temporary and long-term bookings
* Managing challenges and thinking on your feet
* Enjoying that unbeatable buzz when everything clicks
No two days are the same — one minute you’re talking strategy with a SENCO, the next you’re saving the day with a last-minute placement. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in.
Recruitment experience is great, but not essential. If you come from sales, education, or customer service, we’ll train you our way: fast, human, honest, and effective.
Skills can be taught — these can’t:

What you’ll bring
