Volunteer Communications Officer for Newsletters | River Ivel Community Energy
We are looking for someone with great content writing skills to produce newsletters and promote the great work we do and our projects. Working with two of our Community Energy Groups (Greensand & Buzz)
What difference will you make? You will help people keep warm for less, understanding energy bills, domestic renewable tech etc. This will help all of us to reduce our carbon footprint and reaching Netzero goals in a way that benefits the community as well as the environment.
What are we looking for? Content writing, marketing and communication experience. Able to create interesting newsletters promoting all we do and encouraging more people to join/follow and assist us.
What will you be doing? Tasks would include Content writing of newsletters and posting to all relevant feeds eg LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Distribution of newsletter via email. Liaising with staff to get content for newsletters and attending meetings to keep updated.
