As the vital link between our Dealer Network, Toyota Finance Australia and the broader One Toyota ecosystem, you’ll turn strategy into action where it matters most: on the showroom floor.**This role is based in Altona and is a permanent full-time role.****How you’ll make an impact*** Building trusted, commercial partnerships with Dealer Principals and dealership teams* Championing both SME and Toyota Fleet Management performance through hands-on dealership engagement and customer relationships* Driving new business opportunities and qualified fleet leads across the dealer network* Owning fleet sales performance across key products including Complete Lease, Chattel Mortgage and Dealer Novated Lease* Coaching and training dealership teams to confidently sell fleet finance solutions* Supporting repair authorisations, pricing alignment and labour rate negotiations* Working closely with TFA Regional teams to ensure aligned, high‐performing dealer programs## **Your attributes –** **If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!*** Deep expertise in fleet leasing and dealership operations* Proven success in business development and sales growth* Strong financial and lending acumen* Confidence influencing and negotiating at senior management level* First‐class presentation, relationship‐building and communication skills**Applications close 13th May 2026 .****Life at Toyota & What we offer you** We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
