The role of Hire Desk Controller will involve aspects of:- Supporting the Sales Manager hiring out up to 200 items of construction plant equipment Managing and placing sub-contractor and agency Plant Operators Processing operator timesheets and handling queries Handling order numbers and invoice queries Organising transport of machines across the UK Administrative duties The ideal candidate will possess:- Experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills across all levels Good geographical knowledge of the UK Strong computer literacy, especially Office 365 Good attention to detail with great organisational skills The role is office based at Company Headquarters in Silloth.
