I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a supported housing provider. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for day to day repairs surveys across numerous schemes.This role does require travel between sites.
What is required for the role:
* Experience carrying out repairs surveys
* Experience working in Social Housing, Care Schemes or Sheltered accommodations
* Experience obtaining quotes from multiple contractors
* HND/HNC or equivalent
