Maintenance Engineer (£48,569 rising to £51,490) - Belfast
My client, a large manufacturing company based in Belfast, produces products for the global market. They are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer who is a time-served Electrician or Mechatronician with recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
Offered package includes:
* Starting salary of £48,569, rising to £51,490 after training
* Overtime paid at time and a half after 40.25 hours
* Company pension of 4%, employee pension of 5%
* Death in service benefit of £60,000
* Sick pay, private healthcare, subsidised canteen
All levels of post-apprenticeship experience will be considered.
Shift Pattern:
1. Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7am - 7pm (days)
2. Week 2: Wed, Thurs 7am - 7pm (days)
3. Week 3: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7pm - 7am (nights)
4. Week 4: Wed, Thurs 7pm - 7am (nights)
Role Responsibilities:
* Respond quickly to breakdown situations when applicable
* Carry out planned maintenance as directed by your line manager
* Liaise regularly with Supervisors, Managers, and Team Managers regarding machine issues and efficiency
* Contribute to continuous improvement and TPM on machines and processes
Candidate Requirements:
* Time-served Maintenance Electrician, Mechatronician, or Fitter with electrical qualifications
* Recent experience working in a manufacturing environment
