Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our bustling Restaurant and Bar at Delta Hotels, by Marriott Huntingdon. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and team management.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
* Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support
* Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
* Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
* Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
* Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.
* Assists Management as needed with annual Quality audit.
Skills
* Strong leadership abilities to inspire and lead a team effectively
* Proficiency in food production, bar tending, and food preparation
* Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Understands the brand's service culture.
* Previous experience in hospitality industry is advantageous
The role will be varied shifts that could be made up of the following;
Monday - Sunday - 5.30am - 2.00pm / 7.00am-3.30pm / 12.00pm - 8.30pm / 3.00pm pm / 5.00pm am

Experience (Preferred)
* 2-year experience in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
