This defence tech startup is developing advanced AI and systems software to connect people, sensors, and autonomous systems - transforming how critical operations are run. Their mission is to build world-class technology that strengthens global security and defends democratic values.
You’ll join a small, exceptional team of engineers solving complex, high-impact challenges. From day one, you’ll have full ownership - designing, coding, and deploying systems used in the real world, not just in theory. They have a flat structure, no bureaucracy - you will shape the product direction
Compensation: Up to ÂŁ150k (depending on exp.), equity, great perks (daily lunch, private health cover, 7% pension)
🚀 What they’re looking for
* Strong programming skills (Python, C++, Golang, Java, or Rust)
* A practical mindset - you enjoy solving tough, real-world problems
* Comfortable travelling and working hands-on with end users
