Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well‑being.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
* Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them.
Requirements
* Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English.
* Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
* A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others.
* A valid UK driving licence and reliable vehicle for travel between client homes.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
Schedule
* Evening shift (weekdays)
* Weekend availability required

Additional Information
