HSEQ Advisor/Junior Advisor

Our client is looking to bring an experienced or Junior Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor into their team. This role offers the chance to work across a variety of sites, offices and facilities, supporting safe working practices and helping to drive a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the business.
The role:
As part of the HSEQ function, you'll be carrying out inspections and audits, reporting on findings and following up with clear actions. You'll be responsible for accident, near miss and incident reporting, ensuring investigations are thorough and improvements are embedded. You'll also provide day-to-day guidance to managers and staff, making sure compliance and best practice are maintained.
The position will also involve supporting ISO audit preparations, helping to develop and maintain management systems, and contributing to ongoing improvement projects. You'll represent our client at meetings with customers and regulatory bodies, so strong communication skills are key.
What we're looking for:
Experience in health, safety and environmental management.
Knowledge of risk assessments, COSHH and safe systems of work.
Strong communicator with the confidence to advise and influence.
A team player who can build good working relationships at all levels.
Qualifications & requirements:
NEBOSH General or Construction qualification.
IOSH, IEMA or equivalent membership.
Valid CSCS card.
Full UK driving licence with business insurance.
