The Opportunity
Kallidus is looking for Sales Development Representatives to join their growing sales team and support with new business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing environment and accelerate your career.
About
* £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£40k+ OTE)
* Promotion opportunity in first 12 months with £5k payrise

Main Responsibilities
As an Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of Kallidus’ growth, working closely with their sales team to connect with high-potential prospects and drive opportunities forward.
You’ll become a true expert in consultative selling, using the latest tech and strategies to create meaningful engagements.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of Kallidus to effectively promote their solutions
* Proactively contact potential clients via an omni-channel approach (phone, email and LinkedIn)
* Book qualified meetings with new prospective customers for the sales team
* Use consultative questioning to understand business challenges and align Kallidus’ solutions
* Consistently work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets
* Become a trusted advisor and Kallidus expert
* Drive the sales process for the senior sales team, supporting on client calls and opportunities
