Your role as a Customer Support Consultant
The Customer Support Consultant position is rewarding and challenging. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want you to join our team!
Your main responsibility will be to support customers by providing accurate, factual advice and courteous communication. This role is varied, with no two days the same.
How You’ll Support Our Purpose
* Answer calls courteously and resolve customer issues promptly, adhering to SLAs.
* Handle complaints empathetically following the company's BLAST procedure, aiming for quick resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Maintain professionalism with colleagues and visitors.
* Complete tasks within set SLAs.
* Communicate clearly, accurately, and understandably with customers.
* Promptly raise common issues or concerns to your line manager.
* Manage and prioritize your caseload effectively.
* Perform a branch visit to understand branch operations better.
* Follow all Health and Safety, Security, Data Protection, and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
* Perform any other reasonable requests from eurochange.
Stand-out qualities for #Teameurochange
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Previous customer service experience, internal or external.
* Excellent customer service skills, able to handle a wide range of queries within policies and procedures.
* Flexibility with work hours, including shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
* IT literate; full training will be provided.
