Principal Teacher – Beath High School
Beath High School in Fife is looking for an experienced Principal Teacher to lead change and improve outcomes. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, £66,606 salary (subject to job sizing).

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage school improvement at strategic and operational levels.
* Support the senior leadership team and contribute to the strategic vision.
* Implement and pursue objectives set in policy and drive a self‑improving system across the education community.
* Model behaviour expected of a teacher in line with Professional Standards.
Qualifications & Registration
* Full registration with General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) – primary or secondary as relevant.
* PVG scheme membership via Disclosure Scotland.
* High interpersonal skills enabling senior leadership contributions.
* Commitment to ongoing professional learning and career‑long activity.
