We have a vacancy for a forward-thinking Retentions Account Manager to join our company. We are an award winning General Insurance Broker. Based in Watford, we have an ever-growing team of over 70. We successfully help thousands of UK customers save money on their insurance every year.

The role
* Assisting the retention team service a book of circa 400 clients a month.
* Personally responsible for circa 50 a month assisting the client with their renewals and understanding their specific requirements and see if anything has changed in the last 12 months and make recommendations.
* Dealing with MTA’s and offering support to the clients throughout the year.
* Running quotes with our panel of insurers either open market or via EDI Trading (Acturis)/insurers online portals.
* Negotiate discounts where required.
* Confirm payment methods and set up Premium Finance if required.
* Issue regulatory letters from a template confirming reasons for our recommendations and client’s decisions.
Who would be successful?
* Someone with at least 2 years\' General Insurance experience with a minimum of at least Cert CII or aspirations to work towards it.
* Acturis knowledge would be a plus, although not a requirement.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In return we are offering
* Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience plus commission.
* Weekly hours: 40.
* Location: Hybrid or Fully Remote.
