What you’ll be doing
as a Hardware Platform Owner
1. Own device lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
2. Define hardware standards and strategy.
3. Manage suppliers and vendor performance.
4. Ensure secure and reliable device experience.
5. Drive sustainability and lifecycle optimisation.
Base location: Clearwater Court
Working pattern: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
Contract type: Permanent – Hybrid
Essential criteria
6. ITIL Foundation qualification. (or equivalent experience)
7. Experience managing hardware or device environments.
8. Knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.
9. Vendor and supplier management experience.
10. Ability to define user-focused standards.

11. Large-scale device refresh experience.
12. Sustainable IT asset knowledge.
