Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
£16.39 per hour (£15.61 + 78p), including a 5% allowance for service registration.

If you have experience in Domiciliary Care, this could be a great opportunity! The role involves managing and supporting services delivering around 2000 core care hours weekly.
This role requires travel between sites in Manchester and Liverpool. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
At Eden Square, we offer supported living options for individuals with varying abilities, supporting around 19 residents with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities to live independently.
As a Supported Living Manager, you will provide leadership, management, and supervision to a dedicated staff team. You will ensure the service runs smoothly, promotes positive outcomes, and complies with health and safety standards and statutory obligations. Budget management skills are essential.
You will handle recruitment, ongoing staff training, development, and performance management. Holding registration for the service is also required.

To be successful, you will have:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care / equivalent, or willingness to work towards.
* Experience in managing care teams or supervisory/managerial experience in a care setting.
* Understanding of assessing personal support needs, writing, and reviewing personalized support plans, including risk assessments.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
