You will manage your own varied caseload with guidance from senior colleagues, working exclusively on claimant matters involving misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, surgical errors, birth and maternity injuries, and otherplex medical negligence cases.
You will support clients through sensitive and often emotional circumstances, providing clear, empathetic and practical legal advice. You will collaborate with medical experts and colleagues to secure answers, accountability and fairpensation for individuals and families impacted by negligent medical treatment.
