Revenues Billing and Collection Assistant
Salary: £26,403 - £28,598 per annum
Contract: Home working
Hours: 37 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Support the effective billing, administration and collection of Council revenues.
* Work with the team on the Council Tax and Business Rates billing processes.
* Provide customer advice and assistance on potential discounts, exemptions and payments.
* Use complex software systems efficiently and accurately.
* Meet tight deadlines while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 GCSEs grade A-C, or equivalent.
* IT literate.
* Experience in a revenues environment desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer care.
* Appointment subject to satisfactory references, right to work in the UK check and medical clearance.
