About the Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, managing their service journey from initial booking through to vehicle handover. You'll ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care, helping to drive departmental performance and customer satisfaction.
Supporting the Aftersales Manager, you’ll also play a crucial role in mentoring junior members of the team, driving efficiencies, and contributing to a collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering a high standard of customer service across all service interactions.
Supporting and guiding other service team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Promoting additional products and services where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
Handling service bookings, customer updates, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
Liaising with workshop, parts, and sales departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You:

You’ll also need to be computer literate, commercially aware, and hold a valid UK driving licence.
