A leading organisation based near Hayes (UB7) is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to lead key transformation and process optimisation initiatives. This is a high-profile role suited to someone confident in managing end-to-end projects, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and deliver process improvement projects across technical, infrastructure, and business change domains. Create and maintain detailed project plans, cost-benefit analyses, and resource forecasts. Oversee project budgets, timelines, supplier relationships, and resource allocation. Drive collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals. Produce reports, KPIs, and presentations for senior leadership. Establish project governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies. What We're Looking For: 3 years' proven experience in end-to-end project management. Strong background in supplier management, budgeting, and forecasting. Demonstrated success leading multi-functional project teams. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and ERP/MRP systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Process improvement experience; knowledge of LEAN is a plus. Industry experience in aviation is advantageous but not essential. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management certification desirable.
