OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:45pm

VBS Ltd are a busy, growing industrial roofing & cladding contractor, and we are looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to support our Estimating, Project Management and Marketing teams.
This is not a basic admin or entry level role - you will be at the centre of operations, helping multiple departments stay organised, on schedule, and running efficiently.
What you will be doing:-
You will be supporting different parts of the business, so no two days are the same. Duties will include:
· Assisting the Estimator with document preparation, tender packs, and organising site visits
· Supporting the Project Manager with site files, paperwork, and project documentation
· Helping the Marketing Manager with document formatting and general admin
· Creating and maintaining digital site files and office records
· Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
· General office organisation, filing and document control
· Managing and formatting documents, reports, and spreadsheets
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things structured and takes pride in accurate, well-presented work.
Essential Skills & Experience
️ Strong experience in an office-based administrative role
️ Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software
️Must be confident in dealing with company accreditations, applying for and submitting evidence
️ Comfortable working across multiple departments and tasks
️ Excellent organisation and time management skills
️ Good written and verbal communication
️ Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Salary - dependant on experience
