About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by generating sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering value-based solutions through digital and telephone engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales and close deals via telephone and digital channels
Manage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve conversion targets
Present and promote products and services to existing and potential customers
Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs and preferences
Handle customer objections, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain accurate records and customer data within the CRM system
Prepare and process quotations accurately and efficiently
Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations
Identify product demo opportunities and collaborate with field sales teams
Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to deliver value-based solutions
What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills
Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM systems (SAP/CRM experience desirable)
Good IT skills and confidence using digital sales tools
Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
