About the role:
We are looking for compassionate and proactive Bank Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality support to people we support (PWS) in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with booking and attending appointments
* Support with writing and managing letters and documentation
* Prompt and encourage personal care routines
* Help maintain clean and comfortable living environments
* Take part in fun and meaningful activities such as cinema trips, picnics, and parties
* Participate in cooking sessions and meal preparation
* Assist with creating shopping lists and supporting shopping tasks
* Liaise with healthcare professionals including doctors, dentists, and mental health specialists
* Keep records up to date using our company's online platforms
Location: Chatham and Rochester.
Hours: The hours of a bank support worker are zero hours per week, you will be offered shifts as and when they come up, which you can chose to work which fit around your existing commitments. Shifts will between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

You must have good communication, a sense of humour, be empathetic, reliable & resilient.
You do not need to have previous experience - we would love to hear from you if you think your personality and values that would make you a good fit for the role and our organisation. We train & develop all of our staff to become a great support workers.
