About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Slough. Key Responsibilities
* Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
* Diagnose and repair faults on machinery and systems.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and technical drawings.
* Work collaboratively within a small, skilled team of 3 engineers.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise uptime and efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a maintenance engineer within manufacturing, preferably FMCG.
* Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
* Experience with pneumatics and ability to read electrical drawings.
* Self‑motivated, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
